Bye Bye 360

Well, after a few attempts to fix my 360, it finally died. it is too bad, as I love the 360 and the exclusive game library, but got tired of the hardware issues. I will now be a PS3 only gamer for the time being. I will keep an eye open for deals, maybe on Boxing day. The Reach console is one that I have my eyes on.

But, the PS3 has such a great library of games the it will not really be missed. I have such a backlog of games that it will take me some time to get through them.

Trying to get inclined to write

So, here it is October 24th. Haven't written in a while, but here goes.

I have been playing some Halo lately...Reach, ODST and Halo 3. Great fun. reach was an awesome game, and really made a fine ending for Bungie's contribution to the Halo franchise. Story was very compelling, making you part of Noble 6, a team of Spartan's fighting the Covenant on the planet Reach. The missions are tough, but are not too tough that you can't complete them. I highly recommend Reach to all Halo fans.

Goals

Hi everyone, I have not written much lately, but will be trying my best to write on a more consistent basis. I am going to focus on the PS3, especially that I am now a PSN+ member.

Psn+ is basically a subscription service, that gives free or discounted content on PSN. It could be free games, such as Wipeout HD, or DLC levels, avatars, or other content. I signed up for a year...and will keep you informed on what I pick up and whether I think it is a valuable service for PSN.
